In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "phsuper," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phsuper platform, accessible at https://phsuper.app, and the entity operating it.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phsuper platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the phsuper platform.
- "Platform" means the phsuper website, mobile interface, software, and all associated services available at https://phsuper.app.
- "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, sports betting, and any other wagering products made available through the phsuper platform.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by phsuper to Players, subject to applicable terms.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their phsuper Account using a supported payment method.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phsuper. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phsuper platform and close your Account.
Important: These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access phsuper, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access. Your continued use of the phsuper platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
phsuper reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, phsuper will endeavor to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To register and use the phsuper platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing phsuper from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phsuper, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phsuper platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
Age Restriction: phsuper strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. phsuper reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at phsuper's sole discretion.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. phsuper reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be verified.
To access the full range of phsuper services, you must register a personal Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- One Account per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one phsuper Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
- Identity Verification (KYC): phsuper is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
- Account Ownership: Your phsuper Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account.
- Corporate Accounts: phsuper does not accept registrations from corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities. All Accounts must be held by natural persons.
phsuper reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phsuper Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
- You must choose a strong, unique password for your phsuper Account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must notify phsuper immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
- phsuper will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phsuper immediately.
- phsuper strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security.
phsuper shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own negligence or failure to comply with these security obligations.
All transactions conducted through your phsuper Account while your credentials are active will be treated as authorized by you, unless you have previously notified phsuper of a security breach in writing.
phsuper supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency options. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the phsuper platform:
Deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and chosen payment method.
- Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phsuper Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
- phsuper does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
- phsuper does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phsuper reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable Bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
- phsuper reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Note on Currency: All transactions on the phsuper platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, the equivalent PHP value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
phsuper offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the phsuper registration process and, where required, identity verification.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain unplayed at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
- phsuper reserves the right to determine which Games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, certain table games, and other specified titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
- phsuper reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
phsuper's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who disagree with a bonus decision may contact phsuper's support team, but phsuper's determination shall be conclusive and binding.
The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the phsuper platform. Specific rules for individual Games, sports markets, and live dealer tables are published within the relevant Game or market interface.
- All bets are final once confirmed. phsuper does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant Game interface and may vary by Game, market, and Account status.
- phsuper uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live Games. RNG integrity is independently audited on a regular basis to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
- In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a Game round, phsuper reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account.
- Winnings from sports betting markets are subject to the settlement rules applicable to each market. phsuper reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error.
- phsuper reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of irregular betting activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phsuper platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-Account-per-Player rule.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle.
- Using the phsuper platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the phsuper platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the phsuper platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profits or exploit bonus terms.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phsuper platform's software or security systems.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phsuper staff or other Players via any communication channel.
- Accessing the phsuper platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
Anti-Money Laundering: phsuper is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. phsuper is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering will be immediately frozen pending investigation.
All content on the phsuper platform — including but not limited to the phsuper name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phsuper or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phsuper platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phsuper content without prior written consent.
- Use the phsuper name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
- Create derivative works based on phsuper content or software.
- Use phsuper content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
Any unauthorized use of phsuper's intellectual property may result in legal action. phsuper reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsuper's total liability to you in connection with your use of the phsuper platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phsuper Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phsuper shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the phsuper platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond phsuper's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the phsuper platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
The phsuper platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phsuper makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
phsuper is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be viewed as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.
phsuper provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phsuper Account.
- Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).

phsuper reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by phsuper.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
- At phsuper's sole discretion, where phsuper determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.
Upon Account closure, phsuper will return any verified Real Money Balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to phsuper. Bonus Balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure for breach of these Terms.
You may close your phsuper Account at any time by contacting the phsuper support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
phsuper collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a phsuper Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phsuper processes personal data for the following primary purposes:
- Account registration, verification, and management.
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
- Compliance with KYC, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory obligations.
- Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
- Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

Where phsuper makes material changes to these Terms, phsuper will endeavor to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the phsuper platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the phsuper platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the phsuper platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact phsuper's support team to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
phsuper's decisions on all gaming matters — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status — are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to phsuper's support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event.
